Technical leadership of a measurement team in fixture construction with a focus on measurement tasks for fixtures and aircraft components.

Tasks

• Technical leadership and support of the measurement team in fixture construction
• Planning, coordination and prioritization of measurement tasks for fixtures and aircraft components
• Execution, analysis and documentation of measurements using portable measurement systems and CAD-supported processes
• Technical support for complex measurement tasks as well as ensuring quality specifications
• Interface function between workshop, engineering, methodology and quality assurance
• Participation in process and quality improvements

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, toolmaker or comparable
• Further training as a Mechanikermeister HF, Produktionstechniker HF or in the field of quality assurance and measurement technology
• Several years of professional experience in jig and fixture construction
• Experience with measuring arms, portable measurement systems or CMM
• Knowledge of PolyWorks, SpatialAnalyzer or PC-DMIS
• Proficient use of CAD, MS365 and SAP
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills at B2 level an advantage
