As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and that employees worldwide are optimally supported.

What you can achieve:

• Operation and continuous further development of the Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory platforms
• Design and implementation of modern Identity and Access Management solutions
• Further development of Conditional Access, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, SSO and RBAC
• Ensuring a secure hybrid identity architecture between On-Premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Implementation of Zero Trust principles and modern security standards
• Automation of identity and authorization processes
• Operation and further development of Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Access Governance
• Integration of new applications into the existing identity landscape
• Advising stakeholders, security teams, and specialist departments on IAM and security topics
• Participation in cloud, security, and digitalization projects

What you bring with you:

• Training as an Informatiker FH/HF or comparable qualifications
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
• Sound knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, Federation and RBAC
• Good knowledge of Hybrid Identity and Microsoft Entra Connect
• Experience with PowerShell and automation
• Understanding of Zero Trust, Least Privilege and modern security concepts
• Knowledge of governance, compliance and audit requirements
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Very good German and good English skills at least B2 level
