Goal of the position * Preparation and execution of quality checks and sample tests including evaluation, documentation and discussion of measurement results. * Execution of the final quality control before product release or shipment to our customers. * Inspection of products during the production process with regard to optical and physical quality characteristics. * Initiation of an immediate production stop if defined quality tolerances are exceeded. * Execution and documentation of the incoming raw material inspection. * Execution of microbiological controls as well as assessment and documentation of the results of equipment and products. * Creation and maintenance of cleaning documentation and supervision of cleaning materials. * Care, monitoring and maintenance of testing and measuring equipment as well as supervision of the MaintMaster system. * Active participation in the continuous improvement of our quality processes.
