Multi-technical Project Coordinator (M/F)

Your mission

Your mission You will be responsible for the coordination and management of technical projects, from the preparation of work to its completion: - Analysis of needs and development of technical and financial projects - Carrying out cost estimates and quotes for work and equipment replacements - Dimensioning of installations in compliance with current standards - Preparation, organization and monitoring of work on site - Technical support to maintenance teams - Coordination of technicians, external companies and subcontractors - Ordering and management of material necessary for the completion of interventions - Monitoring of quality, deadlines and compliance of work - Ensuring compliance with HSE procedures, work permits and lockouts - Guaranteeing compliance with the client's technical and safety requirements

Your profile

? Your profile: - CFC in the field of climate engineering or an equivalent technical training - Proven experience in a technical environment or in Facility Management - Good technical knowledge in several building trades - Experience in preparation, costing and monitoring of work - Ability to coordinate technical teams and subcontractors - Good mastery of priority management and organization - Rigor, precision and analytical skills - Autonomy and sense of responsibility - Good communication skills and team spirit - Knowledge of health, safety and environment standards and requirements ?
