It is looking for the kitchen of the Soupe populaire : One kitchen coordinator at 80% ## Start date : as soon as possible Activity rate : 80%, CDI Working hours : Service open 7 days a week Meal preparation : 8:00-11:30 and/or 13:30-17:00 variable according to pre-established schedule Your mission : Prepare meals for ~250 people ## You will be responsible for: ## Ensuring responsibility for the proper functioning of the kitchen and ensuring the rigorous application of hygiene, safety, and organization standards. Ensuring meal preparation in compliance with the mission and values of the Fondation Mère Sofia. Supervising, supporting, and ensuring the safety of people active in the kitchen (cooks, interns, volunteers, civil servants and other collaborators). Promoting a collaborative, respectful, and caring work environment, contributing to a dignified welcome for beneficiaries and teams. ## Your profile: ## CFC as a cook Team management Sense of organization Flexibility and ability to adapt Interest in issues related to precariousness Ideally, CFFE certificate Application deadline set for 11 September 2026
