Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernized through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
For our specialized department Younger, we are looking for a proven leadership personality with heart, attitude, and ideas.
On this nursing department, we care for and accompany people between 18 and 65 years old, whose lives have changed due to illness, accident, or neurological diseases. Together with an interdisciplinary team, we create an everyday life for our residents that enables self-determination, development, and quality of life. Nursing, agogics, and therapy interlock seamlessly.

You lead our specialized nursing department Younger professionally, personally, and organizationally
You develop a nursing culture together with your team that consistently lives self-determination, resource orientation, and participation
You ensure a high quality of nursing and care and continuously develop the department further
You design an age-appropriate daily structure with agogic offerings together with your team
You promote employees in their professional and personal development and create a motivating and trusting work environment
You work closely with therapy, activation, doctors, and other specialist disciplines
You take responsibility for personnel deployment, budget, and resource planning
You pitch in in everyday nursing and stay close to residents and the team
You actively help shape the further development of our offering
This is how you can convince us:
Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalently recognized training
Several years of professional experience in the nursing field as well as proven and successful leadership experience
Experience in the long-term care sector as well as ideally in the accompaniment of younger people in need of care
Interest or experience in agogic accompaniment and resource-oriented nursing
Experience with RAI-NH and Polypoint PEP is an advantage
You lead with clarity, appreciation, and commitment and create orientation in change processes
You are an empathetic, resilient, and decisive personality with high social and leadership competence
