For one of our clients, we are looking for a

Foundry Operator (m/f)

Your mission #

• Support the foundry workers during preparation and casting operations
• Prepare raw materials and equipment
• Intervene in operations necessary for the smooth running of production
• Ensure compliance with procedures, manufacturing parameters, and safety rules
• Visually monitor operations and report any problems observed
• Perform routine cleaning and first-level maintenance tasks
• Participate in the preparation of trees and their plastering in view of casting
• Set up the necessary equipment and prepare the cylinders
• Apply the defined methods and settings to obtain a compliant preparation
• Follow the various stages of the process and perform the necessary checks
• Identify any non-conformities likely to affect the final quality

Depending on the needs of the workshop, you may also intervene in:

• The manual injection of wax parts
• The visual inspection of the parts produced

Your profile ##

We are primarily looking for a manual person, interested in technical trades and capable of working with care.

• You have training or initial experience in industry, production, or a technical field
• You have knowledge of foundry, jewelry/jewellery, or a precision manufacturing workshop
• You are comfortable with manual work and the use of production equipment
• You know how to follow precise instructions and are attentive to quality and safety requirements
• You are meticulous and conscientious in your work
• You appreciate the diversity of tasks and know how to adapt to the needs of the workshop
• You are capable of working in a team while taking charge of your own activities
• You are organized and know how to manage your priorities
• You care about work well done and quality
• You are curious, receptive to new methods, and motivated to learn
