Project Manager (m/f/d) Job Overview As part of the reinforcement of our access control department, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of our solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for the complete management of projects, from their launch to their completion, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality. The Project Manager will be the technical point of contact for their solutions for our customers in French-speaking Switzerland. What you will do You are responsible for the planning, budget, and quality of project execution. You lead projects in accordance with the customer order and specifications, while identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement. You ensure the coordination of all project stakeholders: internal teams, customers, external partners, and technical resources. You analyze and clarify technical aspects with various interlocutors to guarantee smooth project execution. You ensure the budgetary monitoring of projects and ensure cost control throughout their realization. You maintain up-to-date technical documentation and associated deliverables. You act as the preferred technical interlocutor for customers throughout the project life cycle. What we ask for You hold a higher degree with a technical orientation, ideally in the fields of electricity, automation, or building. You have at least 3 years of experience in project management in the fields of security systems, access control, building automation, construction, or a comparable technical environment. You are proficient in common IT tools and are comfortable in a hybrid work environment. You are proficient in French and possess a good level of English and/or German. You are customer-oriented and know how to understand user needs in order to propose suitable solutions. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and excellent organizational skills. You are capable of making decisions and effectively managing multiple priorities in a complex and evolving environment.
