Our holiday regulation guarantees all employees at least 5 weeks of holiday. From the age of 50, it is 6 weeks, and from the age of 60, it is even 7 weeks. Additionally, it is possible to purchase more holiday days.

Mothers receive 100 percent of their insured salary during the 18 weeks of maternity leave. The other parent enjoys 3 weeks of family time at full salary.
