In order to complete our teams, we are looking for, for a position based in Orbe, then in Yverdon\-les\-Bains, a: Operations Planning Manager Your mission Reporting to the TRAVYS subsidiary manager, you lead a team whose mission is to plan production in the short and medium term in the road and rail sectors (non-plannable elements during the establishment of annual offers). You handle cross-functional files with other directorates and manage complex planning files. You are also directly responsible for files related to railway substitutions attached to its subsidiary. Your profile Hold a degree in Public Transport Management or equivalent training, ideally supplemented by higher professional training (EPD, federal certificate, CAS or equivalent title) in the fields of technology, management or project management; Demonstrate 7 to 10 years of experience in the operation of a public transport network and/or traffic management, including at least 3 years in leading a team; Know the main legal provisions applicable to the field of public transport, notably the LCR, the OLCR, the LDT, the OLDT, the CCT as well as the railway regulations (PCT) and their implementation directives; Lead complex planning projects by demonstrating a global vision, excellent organizational skills and prioritization; Supervise a team with unifying leadership, by promoting collaboration, empowerment and skill development; Communicate with ease, both orally and in writing, and demonstrate excellent writing skills; Demonstrate an excellent spirit of analysis, decision-making and stress resistance.
