You actively help shape the financial and budget planning of the nursing sector and create calculations for resource and personnel planning, including on the basis of NHPPD (Nursing Hours Per Patient Day). You analyze personnel, performance, occupancy, and quality data, recognize development potential, and, together with the CNO and those responsible for nursing, derive concrete measures to optimize processes. You are responsible for nursing-specific data collection and evaluations, especially in the areas of LEP, NHPPD, and nursing complexity treatment (CHOP) as well as other legal and operational requirements. You continuously develop control instruments, key figure models, and reporting, thereby making an important contribution to the data-based management of the CNO Directorate. Your profile Completed studies at university of applied sciences or university level, preferably with a business administration, health economics, or nursing background. Several years of professional experience in a business management control function in the healthcare sector, ideally in nursing controlling, health management, or a comparable environment. Strong understanding of business management contexts as well as experience in advising and supporting executives in strategic and operational issues. Very good analytical and conceptual skills, high affinity for numbers and IT, as well as sound knowledge in data analysis; experience with LEP is an advantage.
