Store Manager (60 – 80%)

Mariastein Betriebs AG is the operator of a shop at the redesigned Klosterplatz in Mariastein, which specializes in the sale of religious items, books, candles, gift items, souvenirs, and products from monasteries. Our customers are at the center of everything we do. The employees are the heart of the shop, receiving and advising customers with commitment, joy, and competence.

To support our team, we are looking for, as of now or by arrangement,
a Store Manager (60 – 80%)

Your area of responsibility, which you will share with your experienced colleague:

• Organization of daily shop operations
• Leadership and support of the team
• Customer care and sales
• Merchandise planning and presentation
• Cash desk management and administration
• Shared responsibility for economic success
• Assistance in designing shop windows and table displays

You bring with you:

• You have experience in sales and come from the retail sector
• You are enthusiastic, competent, and ready to work on weekends and public holidays
• You enjoy working independently and in a customer-oriented manner
• You feel confident in handling a PC
• You speak fluent German. Any additional foreign language is welcome (especially French and English).
• You have a connection to religious matters
