WHAT YOU WILL DO: ####

• Drive and reliably operate complex production facilities and progressively learn to master others
• Use technical skills to intervene in case of production problems and ensure the continuity of the process. Perform quality controls and ensure sampling at different production stages according to defined procedures
• Ensure a clean, precise, and well-documented handover of shifts with the team and relays. Fill in production reports and manufacturing bulletins
• Thoroughly perform cleaning of facilities and the work environment according to protocols and to maintain high hygiene standards
• Collaborate effectively and dynamically within the team and demonstrate a certain flexibility in schedules
• Be proactive and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes

WHAT YOU BRING: ####

• CFC as an operator of automated machines in the agri-food industry or equivalent training
• Proven experience in operating automated facilities in industry, an asset in agri-food
• Adopt exemplary rigor regarding hygiene - cleanliness is an absolute priority
• Knowledge of IT production management tools, knowledge of HACCP rules and master French at a level allowing fluid communication
• Demonstrate flexibility to work in teams according to defined schedules, while demonstrating a sense of responsibility, team spirit, and good stress management
