Would you like to contribute your reporting and analysis skills to our finance team and thus actively support the management of our P&C business? As a Planning & Performance Reporting Analyst, you will strengthen the Finance division in the area of Planning & Performance Management - P&C Reporting & Analytics at Zurich Schweiz and make an important contribution to our shared success. You will analyze the financial development of our P&C business and create transparency for sound business decisions with meaningful reports, forecasts and analyses. In doing so, you will work closely with internal partners from Underwriting, Actuarial, Sales, Claims and Finance.

What awaits you

• You periodically prepare and analyze the financial statements and create transparency regarding the results through presentations and explanations.
• You develop a multi-year financial plan for our Lines of Business and segments together with the team.
• You create regular forecasts and analyze variances of the profit and loss statement (P&L) compared to plan and the previous year.
• You support system and process improvements, thereby increasing the degree of automation and standardization.
• You support sound business decisions with ad-hoc analyses, reports and dashboards and help shape projects and initiatives in the finance area.

What distinguishes you

• University of applied sciences or university degree related to Finance, Controlling or a comparable field of study.
• Initial relevant experience in Controlling, Reporting, Accounting, Underwriting or Portfolio Management.
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with Power BI.
• Fluent German skills and good English skills.
