For our residential team, we are looking for a motivated and cheerful personality as a

Specialist in Care EFZ (m/f/d) 60-80% ##
starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You accompany and support our residents in daily residential life with topics such as household, health, social relationships, and leisure activities.
• You undertake key worker duties and contribute your observations and ideas to the support planning.
• You work interdisciplinarily with internal departments, parents, and other persons.
• You document the progress professionally and write reports.
• You help plan and design exciting modular leisure and support offers.

What you bring with you

• A completed training as Specialist in Care EFZ or a comparable training.
• Interest in pedagogical and agogic issues.
• Joy in working with adolescents and young adults.
• An open, humorous, and responsible personality.
• Good PC user skills as well as the ability to express yourself in writing.
