Contract start: immediately or by arrangement

In this exciting, newly created role, the selected person can expect a versatile and responsible area of responsibility, ideally in a full-time capacity:

• Ensuring the availability, operational safety, and performance of machines, plants, and operating facilities
• Carrying out maintenance, inspection, and repair work
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults as well as carrying out repairs
• Supporting the assembly, installation, and commissioning of new machines and plants
• Carrying out technical optimizations as well as modifications and expansions to existing plants
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes, plants, and equipment
• Documentation of the work performed in the designated maintenance systems
• Execution of general technical work such as assemblies, internal company transports, and similar activities
• Coordination and accompaniment of external service providers during maintenance and repair operations
• Close cooperation with the production, engineering, and quality departments to ensure smooth operation

To be considered for this exciting position, the ideal candidate brings:

• Successfully completed technical vocational training, for example as a mechanic, polymechanic, automation technician, electrician, or comparable specialty
• Sound experience in the field of maintenance, servicing, or operational upkeep of industrial plants is an advantage
• Further training as a maintenance specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or the willingness to complete corresponding further training
• Interest in professional development in the areas of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC technology
• Knowledge in the application of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as general PC user knowledge
• Experience in electromechanics is an advantage
• Ideally in possession of a connection permit according to NIV Art. 15 or willingness to acquire it
• Willingness to participate in on-call service as well as occasional special assignments
• Forklift license and other technical safety training are an advantage or willingness to acquire them
• Independent, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working as well as strong technical understanding
