What you can contribute

• Participate in the design and implementation of operational management tools for portfolio management
• Contribute to the implementation of the two methods << Lean Portfolio Management >> and << Lean Budgeting >> in the design of processes and interfaces, and write the necessary documentation
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of end-to-end data quality, particularly regarding data collection, processing, and reporting
• Participate in the planning, preparation, and implementation of activities within the framework of technical management, and contribute to their development
• Write documents and organize training, workshops, and support offerings adapted to the needs in the two areas of Lean Portfolio Management and Lean Budget
• Seize the opportunity to autonomously design and implement projects (for example, feedback cycles, agile working and learning methods, as well as in the field of resource management)

What makes you unique

• University degree in business administration, computer science, or cybersecurity
• Ability to work autonomously and in a structured manner, as well as a creative and innovative spirit
• Quick-wittedness and a bold and proactive personality
• Interest and openness towards agile working methods (particularly in the IT field)
• Previous military experience (as a militia soldier) acquired at recruit school or as a long-service soldier is an asset
