You develop a fundraising and partnership strategy with clear goals, target groups, and measures. You recognize potentials, win supporters and partners for our causes, and develop structures, processes, and measures that have a long-term impact.     Your Task   • Departmental Setup: You build up the Fundraising and Partnerships department in a structured manner and develop it strategically. • Strategy: You develop a fundraising and partnership strategy with clear goals, target groups, and measures. • Partner Acquisition: You win supporters, patrons, foundations, companies, and other partners for our causes. • Further Development: You further develop fundraising instruments such as patronages, donation campaigns, sponsorship models, and legacies. • Management of Partnerships: You build strategic partnerships, maintain existing relationships, and develop viable cooperation models. • Concept Creation: You design suitable communication formats and events that strengthen relationships and make our causes visible. • Process Development: You further develop CRM, the database, and internal processes and ensure sound analyses and reporting.     Your Profile   • Experience: You bring experience in fundraising, partnership development, marketing, communication, or a comparable environment. • Co-creation: You enjoy building a department, creating structures, and independently developing topics. • Way of Working: You think strategically, work in a structured manner, and reliably bring projects from the idea to implementation. • Personality: You have a good sense for people, actively build relationships, and communicate convincingly with different stakeholders. • Digital Know-how: You are digitally savvy, bring good IT and CRM knowledge, and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems. • Communication: You communicate with style in German; English skills are an advantage.     What we offer you   • Co-creation: A versatile setup role with great creative freedom and high strategic importance. • Meaningful Activity: A meaningful environment in which you achieve concrete impact with your commitment. • Collegial Team: A supportive, appreciative, and humorous team. • Social Security Benefits and Further Training: Above-average social security benefits as well as generous support for initial and further training. • Wellness: Enjoy free entry and other discounts at the wellness thermal bath FORTYSEVEN     Contact Amenpreet Singh Group Leader Recruiting E-Mail: a.singh@stiftungbadzurzach.ch
