Job description: Lawyer or Notary Secretary in Vaud (80%-100%) Job description: Lawyer or Notary Secretary (Inheritance and Estate Law) Our client is a human-sized notary firm, solidly established on the Vaudois coast, recognized for its demanding nature, its proximity to clients and the quality of its services. As part of a planned transition, we are looking for an experienced collaborator to progressively take over the management of a varied and high-responsibility portfolio. Your responsibilities: File management: Autonomous and progressive management of files in inheritance, marital and estate law. Drafting of acts: Preparation and drafting of legal acts and documents (wills, inheritance agreements, marriage contracts, mandates for incapacity). Taxation and inventories: Establishment of tax inventories, collection of documents and participation in the settlement of estates. Relationship and advice: Accompaniment of clients and coordination with various stakeholders (banks, administrations, justice of the peace, lawyers, etc.). Your profile: Education: University degree or equivalent (notary certificate a plus). Experience: Confirmed experience (ideally at least 5 years) within a notary firm in Switzerland. Skills: Rigor, analytical mind, excellent writing skills and sense of priorities.
