For our customer in the Bern region, we are looking for a trained:
HR Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Sorting, scanning and electronic filing of personnel documents
• Maintenance and management of digital personnel files (e-dossier)
• Recording and processing of accident reports in the Sunet Plus and SAP systems
• Uploading and updating accident data
• Support in the processing of personnel mutations
• General administrative support in the HR area
• Ensuring careful and timely data processing
• Compliance with internal quality standards and data protection guidelines

Desired Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ
• Initial professional experience in the HR area
• Good SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of Sunet Plus is an advantage
• Further training in human resources is an advantage
• German or French as a native language
• Further language skills are an advantage
• Quick comprehension and efficient way of working
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• High quality awareness and strong customer orientation
• Commitment, discretion and sense of responsibility
