CNC Machine Operator 100% Geneva (m/f/d)

Your missions as a CNC Operator ###

• Ensure production conforms to quality, quantity, and deadline objectives
• Operate and monitor CNC machines according to established procedures
• Perform loading and unloading of CNC machines
• Carry out production monitoring and computer data entry
• Perform quality, dimensional, and aesthetic controls of watchmaking components
• Rigorously apply manufacturing instructions and procedures
• Guarantee the conformity of produced parts according to the manufacture's standards
• Participate in the proper functioning of production equipment

Your profile ###

• Proven experience in CNC machining, ideally in the watchmaking industry or industry in general
• Experience on grinding and/or finishing machines appreciated
• Good mastery of reading technical drawings
• Knowledge of quality control and measurement tools
• Sensitivity to aesthetic criteria specific to watchmaking
• Very good visual acuity
• Ease with IT tools
• Rigor, autonomy, and team spirit
