What you can contribute

• Take appropriate measures within the framework of debt collection (pre-judicial and judicial)
• Develop payment plans, conclude installment payment contracts, examine requests for financial restructuring and deferral of payment
• Draft provisional and definitive releases in French, German, and Italian and autonomously for all administrative units
• Communicate, both in writing and by telephone, with debtors, representatives of authorities, and authorized third parties
• Participate in internal project groups

• Commercial training accompanied by several years of experience in collections
• Good knowledge of debt collection law (Federal Act on Debt Collection and Bankruptcy)
• Ability to work fully autonomously, precision, and sense of responsibility
• Talent for negotiation, ability to assert oneself, and resistance to stress
• Analytical mindset and a personality strongly oriented towards goals and results
• Very good knowledge of two official languages, good knowledge of the third

The Federal Finance Administration (AFF) is an office of the Federal Department of Finance that oversees the finances of the Confederation.
