Customer Service Clerk D/I 80-100%

Your tasks:
Order processing up to delivery/shipping and invoicing
Processing of credit notes and debit notes
Answering customer inquiries
Complaint processing
Returns processing
Various administrative tasks, data maintenance (SAP), statistics, etc.

Your profile:
Completed commercial basic training and experience in the area of Customer Service/order processing
Very good German skills and Italian skills
Good SAP user knowledge
Strong service orientation
Meticulous working style
