Are you familiar with motion design, UI/UX and common design tools and do you enjoy sharing your knowledge? In this role, you combine your creative skills with a social task: you accompany young people with mental or physical difficulties on their way through vocational training.

Your tasks

• Professional guidance of apprentices in the extended labor market during their training as an Interactive Media Designer EFZ
• Transfer of professional knowledge in the fields of screen design, UI/UX, motion design, animation and 3D
• Involvement of the apprentices in internal and external client projects
• Responsibility as a vocational trainer for our IMD apprentices
• Cooperation with the pedagogical specialist
• Participation in trial weeks and aptitude assessments

What you bring with you

• Joy in training young people with support needs
• Training as an Interactive Media Designer, Mediamatikerin or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of Figma and Adobe After Effects
• Good knowledge of the common Adobe Creative Cloud tools
• Experience in the implementation of creative client projects
• Technical understanding and interest in new tools and developments
• Empathy, patience and a sense of responsibility
• Independent and structured way of working

Experience as a vocational trainer is an advantage. What is decisive for us is that you enjoy training apprentices in the field of Interactive Media Design using your professional expertise.
