For our global headquarters in Pfäffikon/SZ, we are looking for an experienced person to promote the implementation of standardized product control within our project development. In this role, you define test standards and methods, perform application and system tests yourself, and ensure that our products meet the relevant functional, application-specific, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you work closely with internal departments as well as external partners and take on tasks in the field of product certification. YOUR TASKS ##

• Implementation and continuous development of standardized product control within project development
• Development of test methods, test plans, and evaluation criteria for new and existing products
• Definition, planning, and execution of application, system, and product tests

Coordination and support of tests and certifications with external partners

• Support and partial responsibility for tasks in the field of product certification
• Close collaboration with certification, project development, engineering, product management, and other specialized departments
• Analysis of test results, definition of measures, and documentation of results

YOUR ASSETS ##

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or a comparable field (ETH/Uni/FH)
• Experience in product control during product development in an industrial environment
• Experience with regulatory requirements and standards, e.g., machinery regulation, low voltage directive, PPWR, hygiene, IP protection, as well as climatic and transport tests
• A taste for collaboration with internal departments as well as external test and certification partners
• Structured and autonomous way of working, combined with pragmatism and a practical mentality
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
