• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through holistic advice and support of customers in the basic products of the product ranges "Saving, Paying, Investing and Provisioning"
• Co-responsibility for ensuring front-office operations at both locations in Dornach (management of the cash counter, filling of the ATMs, ordering money, etc.)
• Co-responsibility for a flawless process as well as order in the entire customer zone
• Identifying needs and forwarding customers to the responsible specialist advisors
• Active expansion of the existing customer portfolio through the targeted acquisition of new customers as well as their long-term support within one's own customer base
• Collaboration on target-group-specific market processing measures such as contact campaigns, events and representative tasks
• Contemporary, modern and attractive employment conditions

What do you bring with you? ##

• Completed banking training or equivalent training with experience in banking business or in the financial sector is an advantage
• Strong enjoyment of customer contact with a high willingness to provide service and good communication skills
• Enthusiastic and sales-oriented personality with a winning appearance
• Ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Independent, exact and responsible as well as structured way of working with quick comprehension
• Great flexibility, teamwork skills and readiness for new things
• Proficient in handling digital media
