WHAT YOU WILL DO ##

• Project control (focus D365 F&O):
• End-to-end responsibility for the implementation of local and international D365 F&SCM projects.
• Strategic planning and project monitoring as well as coordination of functional deployment and hypercare support.
• Central contact for the company, key users, management and external Microsoft implementation partners.
• This position frequently adopts a hands-on approach combining project management and IT business consulting, gathering and challenging business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, configuring and validating solutions, and conducting functional and user acceptance tests yourself rather than simply coordinating others.
• Process analysis & fit-gap: Facilitating requirement gathering workshops and managing fit-gap analyses in order to optimally map business processes (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report) onto the Microsoft standard.
• Focus on D365 Standard & Best Practices: Ensuring a "Standard First" strategy to minimize customizations and guarantee the future update of the platform (One Version).
• Team Leadership: Leading interdisciplinary and cross-functional project teams (composed of solution architects, consultants, developers and business analysts).
• Interface & integration function: Controlling the seamless integration of D365 F&SCM with peripheral systems, the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure data architectures.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING ##

• Professional experience: Several years of demonstrable experience as an IT project manager in the ERP environment, ideally with full implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / F&SCM / CE.
• Expertise / Training: Deep understanding of D365 architecture and business processes in the fields of finance, supply chain, logistics or production. Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT technology or comparable qualification.
• Methodological competence: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) mandatory.
• Personality: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness, analytical thinking and the ability to inspire stakeholders at all levels. Hands-on spirit: you are comfortable taking on a dual role and personally performing requirement gathering, functional specification, configuration and testing in addition to your project management functions.
• Language skills: Mastery of English and very good written and oral command of German.
• Location: Position based in Dietlikon or Rotkreuz, Switzerland, with availability for international travel according to project needs.
