Activities:

• Evaluation, procurement, commissioning and optimization of technical systems (special machine construction, retrofit, filling plants, etc.)
• Implementation of projects for production optimization
• Transfer of new products from R&D to production (Scale Up, documentation, etc.)
• Qualification of systems and validation of processes
• Analysis of existing processes using the ERP system
• Implementation of risk assessments for process changes
• Supporting production with problems in the process or at systems – Solving technical problems on systems

Requirements:

• Technical vocational training (plastics technologist, automation technician or similar)
• Experience in the procurement of technical systems and equipment
• Good technical/analytical understanding and creative solution approaches
• Good IT skills, SAP experience is an advantage
• Experience with BDE applications
• Experience in compounding is an advantage
• Enjoyment of chemistry or chemical processes – Good English skills
