YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Independent processing of spare parts orders from inquiry to invoicing
• Processing of offers, orders, deliveries, and invoices
• Telephone and written customer contact within the scope of order processing
• Clarification of technical requirements in cooperation with internal departments
• Coordination with purchasing, logistics, and technology
• Monitoring of delivery dates as well as maintenance of order and status data
• Processing of complaints and cooperation in finding solutions

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally with experience in spare parts sales
• Experience in order processing, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Confident handling of customers via telephone and e-mail
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Technical understanding is an advantage
• German fluent in spoken and written (mandatory)
• English skills in spoken and written, preferably level B2
