At Stiftung Hirsacker, over 60 employees currently work to accompany 27 people with support needs. You accompany people with support needs in assisted living / residential group from the autism spectrum and with challenging behavior. Assistant (50 % to 80 %) ## Accompanied Daily Activities or Assisted Living ### These are your tasks ### • Together with our specialist employees, you actively help shape the living and working everyday life of our clients • You accompany and support people with support needs and promote their self-determination and participation • You accompany during excursions and events • You observe and document • You support the specialists in key person work Accompanied Daily Activities ### • You design meaningful, life-oriented and structured daily activities - whether in manual, creative or nature-related fields of work • You participate in the organization and implementation of work offers and contribute to a reliable, development-stimulating environment Assisted Living ### • You take on nursing and care tasks • You are flexible and ready to take on shifts on weekends or at night This is your profile ### • You have a completed vocational training EBA or EFZ, Assistant in Health and Social Care AGS or Nursing Assistant SRK • Professional experience in the accompaniment and promotion of people with support needs, ideally from the autism spectrum • You have PC skills • You have good oral and written German skills • You possess a driver's license (Category B) What is special about this position - this is what we offer ### We are a manageable organization with short decision-making paths and an appreciative working atmosphere.
