Currently, for our headquarters located in Bienne, we are looking for our "Manufacturing" department for a: MECANICIEN RÉGLEUR CNC – DÉCOLLETAGE (M/F) Missions: Ensure the setting, setup and production monitoring of a fleet of Citizen CNC automatic turning machines (M16, M32 and L12\) Ensure the fine-tuning of new products and contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes Responsibilities: Guarantee production in accordance with line objectives in terms of quality, quantity and deadlines Perform visual and dimensional controls of produced parts Ensure SPC monitoring as well as production traceability Participate in continuous improvement and the optimization of manufacturing processes Perform preventive maintenance on Citizen M16, M32 and L12 CNC machines Participate in daily rituals during shift changes Train and support machining operators in the development of their skills Skills: CFC in Polymécanicien, Micromécanicien or training deemed equivalent Proven experience in the field of automatic turning and CNC machining Experience on Citizen M16, M32 and L12 machines is an asset Mastery of CAM software; knowledge of TopSolid represents an advantage Good mastery of IT tools Rigorous, organized and autonomous person Team spirit, proactivity and ability to solve technical problems What we offer: Friendly and collaborative working environment in a family setting Captivating and enriching technical challenges 5 weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks through daily compensation Flexible working hours Participation in the health insurance fund jpid652d941jm jpit0625jm jpiy26jm
