Apply Starting situation ### Our business client is a medium-sized forwarding company with a manageable, helpful team and an attractive workplace directly at Zurich Airport. Depending on your interest, you can develop yourself in either import or export; with appropriate experience and motivation, you may also handle customs clearance yourself :-) Vacancy No. 6541 ## Tasks ### • organizing, coordinating and monitoring air freight shipments in import or export • creating and checking transport and customs documents • communicating with airlines, customers, agents and partners • processing shipments from collection to delivery • calculating freight rates and creating offers • processing complaints and monitoring lead times • optionally taking over customs clearances depending on profile and interest Requirements ### • completed training as a freight forwarding agent or comparable commercial training • three to four years of experience in air freight in import or export mandatory • independent, reliable and team-oriented way of working IT ### MS-Office - user knowledge Languages ### German: m+s very good English: m+s good Start date ### short-term or by arrangement Work location ### Region Zürich Unterland Special features ### A pleasant, collegial environment awaits you in a medium-sized company with a team that supports each other.
