We are looking for a Daycare Center Manager as of 01.November or by arrangement Daycare Center Manager For our location in Wangen bei Olten we are looking for a motivated and committed Daycare Center Manager who leads our daycare center with children aged 3 months to 12 years professionally and personally. As Daycare Center Manager you bear the overall responsibility for the children's groups as well as for the team. A high level of professionalism and qualitatively valuable pedagogical work are particularly important to us. Personnel recruitment and development

Pedagogical tasks

Implementation and further development of the pedagogical concept and the projects

Conducting daycare center viewings

Your profile

Completed training as FaBe Kinder, Kleinkindzieher:in or an equivalently recognized training
Experience as team leader, site manager or daycare center manager
Experience in guiding apprentices
Interest in or ongoing further training for daycare center management
Joy in working with children
Team player, open, honest, friendly and interested in new things
Good IT skills
