You monitor the product quality and carry out quality controls with the eye of a professional cook. You resolve simple malfunctions independently and coordinate with technical & shift management if necessary. You guarantee hygienic standards according to SOP and HACCP - cleanliness is a priority. You work closely with your team, optimize processes and contribute to on-time delivery. What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Specialization: As / Cook (EFZ) or comparable qualification; HACCP / hygiene training is an advantage Professional experience: Min. 2 - 3 years of professional experience in professional kitchens or in food production/processing Readiness for 2- to 4-shift operation Teamwork skills, flexibility and willingness to learn in order to understand technical processes and lead a line. High sense of responsibility, cleanliness and accuracy - you work in a structured and reliable manner.
