Frontline Manager - Product Logistics (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Purchasing, Support and Infrastructure division, we are looking for a Frontline Manager - Product Logistics whose main mission will be to manage a Logistics team by ensuring the reception, preparation and shipment of Products & Resources for our internal clients.

Responsibilities ##

• Team Management:

Communicate global orientations and set individual objectives
Accompany and guide employees in achieving their objectives and developing their skills

• Operational Management:

Drive the performance of the entity by using and developing different steering and reporting tools to reach the set objectives
Ensure the workload/capacity adequacy of employees while considering the imperatives of internal clients

Profile ##

• HES engineering degree, Federal Diploma in Logistics, EPF or equivalent
• 5 years of confirmed experience in management
• Knowledge of Logistics flows and Production Management required
• Proficiency in SAP data management and work-in-progress steering tools
• Natural leadership, listening and empathy
• Ease in human contacts and communication
• Ability to develop working relationships based on high standards, trust and benevolence
• Proactive and autonomy in decision-making
