Stock Manager (m/f)

Your mission: • Perform counts of small components manually and by weighing (tare) using scales • Package parts while respecting packaging and traceability rules (bags, labels, references, ...) • Be able to control and detect possible errors on received parts, notably discrepancies between parts and tracking documents, such as traveler cards, and correct errors • Perform the entry of received and counted parts into the ERP Logyplan • Participate in physical inventories of stock and work in progress • Be responsible for EB stock entries (turned parts), finishing launches, subcontracting shipments/receipts, and finished stock entry YOUR PROFILE: • You benefit from experience in a similar position • Imperative: very good dexterity for the manipulation of small components (ideally watchmaking components) • Imperative: Experience as a stock manager in the watchmaking field (washing and counting parts, stock management, inventory) • You are a logical person and comfortable with numbers • You are fast and precise, with the concern of ensuring good quantitative and qualitative yield Assets: • Experience in a logistics, stock, or receiving environment • Person who has already used an ERP, Logyplan would be a plus Expected qualities: • Conscientious and careful person • Autonomy, rigor, ease of adaptation, and able to implement strategies to detect and correct errors • Team spirit, mutual aid, and interpersonal ease What we offer: • A modern and dynamic working environment • Perspectives for evolution and improvement • A varied activity within a motivated team • Good working conditions and attractive social benefits
