Tasks

• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Participation in business accounting as well as support with business evaluations
• Processing of customer inquiries and support with diverse administrative issues
• Responsibility for the preparation of VAT returns
• Execution of closing entries and participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR
• Ensuring timely payroll processing for mandates in the monthly and hourly wage range
• Handling of payment processes as well as support in accounts payable management in cooperation with customers
• Management of personnel administrative tasks from the entry to the exit of employees
• Processing of registrations and deregistrations with social insurance institutions as well as coordination of accident and illness reports
• Preparation of salary certificates and support with year-end declarations
• Management of financial accounting for various mandates
• Contact person for customers regarding accounting and administrative issues

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training EFZ or comparable training
• Further training in fiduciary services, finance and accounting, or a comparable specialization is an advantage
• Ideally several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector or in accounting
• Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good user knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in Abacus, SAP, Bexio, Topal, Dynamics, etc. is an advantage
• Independent, careful, and structured way of working
• Responsible and trustworthy personality
• High integrity and reliability
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong service orientation
