Job Information

Through our transshipment points and logistics centers in Altishofen, we process incoming deliveries from abroad, the storage, disposition and delivery of various new cars as well as used vehicles for the Swiss market. To complement our team, we are looking for you as a Clerk Vehicle Check-In, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Field of activity

• Customer care
• Communication with customers and dealers via telephone and e-mail
• Printing of documents and assignment to the corresponding vehicles
• Recording, mutating and coordinating the vehicles in the IT system
• Care of all vehicle fleets and parking spaces
• Monitoring and ensuring the processes

Requirement profile

• Commercial or equivalent training (e.g. Handelsdiplom)
• Good MS Office skills & affinity for ERP systems
• Enjoyment of precise and expeditious work with data and numbers
• Interest in cars and the automotive industry
• very good German skills in spoken and written language, French or English skills are an advantage
