Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF (TOA) 60% - 100% m/f/d / Locations Olten and Solothurn Your tasks You represent the OR management in organizational and professional matters. You share responsibility for smooth OR processes and efficient workflows. You instrument and assist during procedures across the entire ophthalmological spectrum – with the exception of corneal transplants. You support duty scheduling, resource coordination, and deployment planning. You ensure compliance with our high quality, hygiene, and safety standards. You accompany and support team members in everyday OR life. You actively contribute your ideas to the further development of the OR area. You assume shared responsibility for ordering, inventory management, and instrument reprocessing. What you bring with you A completed education as Dipl. Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF or as a Dipl. Nurse with a specialist certificate in perioperative care Several years of professional experience in the OR, ideally in ophthalmology Steri Fachkunde I and II is an advantage Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and leading a team Organizational strength, decisiveness, and a strong awareness of quality A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working A professional appearance and an appreciative, motivating manner Confident handling of Word and Excel What awaits you with us A completed education as Dipl.
