We wish to recruit an Architect – Permanent position at 100%

Mission :
-------------

• Design architectural projects according to the needs of the client.
• Carry out preliminary studies, sketches, preliminary designs and inquiry dossiers.
• Develop execution plans and technical details.
• Coordinate the various project stakeholders (engineers, representatives, companies, authorities).
• Prepare tenders and analyze bids.
• Ensure architectural direction of the works and site supervision.
• Control costs, deadlines and the quality of implementations.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety and Swiss regulations.
• Participate in the acceptance of works and the follow-up of the lifting of reservations.

Profile
----------

• Diploma in architecture EPF, HES, EAAL or foreign training deemed equivalent.
• Minimum professional experience of [3 to 5 years] in the development of architectural projects.
• Experience acquired in Switzerland constitutes an important advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Swiss construction context.
• Mastery of the different stages of a project, from design to execution.
• Excellent understanding of constructive details, materials and building techniques.
• Ability to coordinate several stakeholders and technical disciplines.
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines and several projects simultaneously.
• Ease in communication with clients, authorities, representatives and companies.
• Autonomy, rigor, analytical spirit and sense of responsibility.
• Good team spirit and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• French mandatory and a good level of English (C1).
