Technical Specialist Soldering/Assembly

Main tasks

• Technical leadership of a team of 10-12 employees
• Organizational planning and coordination of process steps as well as personnel deployment within one's own area of responsibility
• Ensuring flawless quality and compliance with deadlines
• Technical support of employees as well as induction and training
• Participation in production: soldering, assembly, as well as testing of individual pieces and smaller series

Profile

• Completed basic training in a technical field or professional experience in a similar field of activity
• Experience in the areas of soldering, assembly, and testing is an advantage
• Technical interest as well as enjoyment in recognizing connections, understanding processes, and actively helping to shape their further development
• Initial experience in the technical guidance, training, or support of employees is an advantage
• Good manual dexterity, fine motor skills
• Good German language skills, written and spoken
• Good IT user skills (MS Office), know-how of ERP systems is an advantage
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working with quick comprehension
• High reliability and strong quality awareness
• Team player, responsible and balanced personality
