Specialist Finance and Accounting

SCHWARZ FEINBLECHTECHNIK, based in Würenlingen, is a leading company in industrial sheet metal processing and has established an excellent reputation in the realization and manufacture of custom engineering solutions. To strengthen our team in the finance department, we are looking for a dedicated Specialist Finance and Accounting (80–100%) Responsibilities: • Independent management of financial accounting (general and subsidiary ledgers) for two stock corporations • Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as communication with suppliers and customers • Processing of payment transactions • Management and booking of the petty cash including expense reports • Preparation/assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR • Reconciliation of accounts as well as preparation/assistance with VAT returns • Ensuring payment transactions and liquidity planning • Budget preparation • Preparation and dispatch of customer invoices including dunning management • Collaboration in the optimization of processes in the finance area • Contact person for external bodies (fiduciary, audit, authorities) • Taking over various administrative tasks on behalf of the Chairman of the Board and Management Your Profile: • Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance & Accounting) • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an SME in the industrial or metal industry • Very good knowledge of financial accounting as well as Swiss tax and VAT law • Sound knowledge in the preparation of financial statements according to OR • Confident handling of common ERP systems as well as very good MS-Excel skills • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage • Structured, exact, and independent way of working • High reliability, discretion, as well as a responsible and resilient personality • Ability to work in a team as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset We offer: • Versatile and responsible activities • Short decision-making paths and a collegial working environment • Attractive employment conditions and flexible working hours • Opportunity for professional development • Modern workplace in an innovative production environment Interested?
