Tasks

*Administration of rentals, service charge settlements, as well as order and invoice processing in SAP
*Planning, coordination, and monitoring of periodic maintenance measures, upkeep, and repairs
*Assessment of construction damage, management of external contractor services, as well as acceptances and handovers
*Support in budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning, as well as preparation of cost estimates
*Ensuring data quality in SAP as well as close coordination with property management, finance, and object management

Profile

Completed technical or commercial basic training with further training in real estate management, Facility Management HF, or as a construction manager; a degree (BSc/MAS Facility Management or Real Estate) is an advantage.
*Professional experience in real estate management, in property management, or in technical maintenance/construction coordination with confident handling of commercial processes
*Technical understanding of construction and operation combined with business thinking and cost awareness
*Structured, independent, and reliable way of working with a high service standard
*Team-oriented personality with strong communication and coordination skills
