How we work

To strengthen our HR administration for a fixed term from 1 August 2027 to 31 July 2028, we look forward to an engaged and upbeat personality.

What you will do with us

• You support our HR admin team with entries and exits as well as mutations.
• You manage incoming and existing applications.
• You are a friendly contact person at our counter for employees and handle their inquiries or concerns.
• You take over the administrative processing of settlements for civil service providers and help with the coordination of inquiries.
• You are responsible for mail processing and invoice accounting.
• You take over various administrative tasks during internal training as well as during the monitoring of probationary periods and residence permits.
