Production Manager in Transport

• As Production Manager:in Transport, you lead and coach 4 to 7 team leaders as well as approx. 70 - 200 employees in one of the production regions West, Central or East. You act as a role model and commit yourself to the further development of your employees.
• You apply your diverse skills in the leadership of your team leaders and your teams and, through your work, further drive the organizational and cultural development in a highly demanding environment.
• As the person responsible for safety, as well as compliance with quality and cost specifications of the teams, you ensure smooth operations as well as the fulfillment of the ordered customer service.
• You accompany change projects, lead sub-projects and process as well as take responsibility for specialist topics both within the region, across regions or within SBB Cargo
• Depending on the organization of the respective region, you take over the deputy role of the regional management or other functions during absences and support the region with your technical know-how in strategic further development.
• As Production Manager:in Transport, you represent the interests of SBB Cargo and act as an important contact person for internal and external partners.

• Business-fluent oral and written German or French skills are required in this function. In addition, you are - if not already present - willing to learn another national language.
