Day-to-Day Responsible Person for Janitorial Services, 80% - 100%

An additional infection caused by germs can be dangerous for our patients and residents. Our cleaning team therefore bears a special responsibility. Since germs are transmitted very quickly via hands or surfaces, professional and proper cleaning and disposal are particularly important for us.

• Ensuring a smooth, efficient and high-quality daily routine (nursing center and external houses)
• Coordination of daily tasks
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Management of employees in day-to-day business (approx. 25 people)
• First point of contact for employees and customers in day-to-day matters
• Practical support in cleaning
• Training and support of new employees
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes
• Collaboration on projects
• have completed vocational training in the field of household management/hotel industry, facility services or building cleaning or a comparable qualification (an advantage)
• several years of professional experience in cleaning or household management, preferably in the healthcare sector
• ability to plan, organize and prioritize work orders
• ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutions
• user knowledge of common IT programs
• knowledge of German in word and writing
