Mechanic – Conventional Manufacturing (a) 80–100 %

For an interesting and attractive production company in the Oberaargau region (Langenthal/Herzogenbuchsee), we are looking for an engaged specialist for conventional manufacturing, who additionally supports the production employees in the department, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
Setting up the empty [equipment/parts] for the various machines and employees
Support, control, promotion and motivation of the employees
Setting up conventional machines such as drilling, threading and punching machines
Ensuring quality and timely processes
Maintenance of machines and workplace/maintenance work

Your profile:
Completed mechanical or manual basic training (mechanic, auto mechanic, motorcycle mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, carpenter, etc.)
Experience in conventional manufacturing
Independent, careful and reliable way of working
Enjoyment of conventional work and of working with people
Willingness for further training is an advantage (work pedagogue, …)
Good German skills
