• Technical and personnel leadership of the assigned installation teams
• Planning, coordination and supervision of all installation assignments
• Introduction and training of new employees
• Ensuring good cooperation within the teams

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as Schreiner/in EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in the installation of kitchens, doors and general carpentry work
• Ideally experience in a leadership or management function
• Sound knowledge in interior fittings and installation technology
• Good knowledge in reading and interpreting
• Execution and installation plans
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
