They are looking for a leadership personality who is responsible for administration and finance and, as a member of the executive board, helps shape the future of the company. Our client offers you a long-term perspective with short decision-making paths and scope for design.

Job profile

• Leadership of the administration team and ensuring smooth processes in the background
• Responsibility for liquidity planning, reporting, and accounts receivable management
• Management of human resources
• Advising the executive board on organizational and strategic questions, at eye level and with a view of the whole
• Contributing your experience and own impulses to marketing and project activities

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience; you lead clearly, professionally, and respectfully
• Business administration further education (e.g., HF/FH or FA) or comparable qualification with sound practical experience
• Specialist knowledge in finance, administration, and HR
• Structured way of working and a strong understanding of numbers
• Organizational talent, assertiveness, and discretion
• Proficient German language skills
• Advantageous: Experience with Abacus and Italian language skills
