Experienced Accounts Payable Clerk 80-100%, m/f

Your task:

• Checking, coding and posting accounts payable invoices, credit notes and expenses in SAP
• Creation and posting of payment runs as well as reconciliation of bank accounts
• Reconciliation of accounts payable accounts as well as clarification of differences
• Processing of reminders as well as processing internal and external inquiries concerning accounts payable
• Support during the monthly and annual closings

Your profile:

• Commercial training
• Clerk in finance and accounting desired
• Experience in accounts payable accounting mandatory
• Very good German skills
• Good SAP skills
• French or Italian skills an advantage
• Initiative and ability to set priorities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Independent, exact and reliable working style
• Temporary with option for a permanent position
